While we have all heard of tree houses, somebody in New Zealand thought why not a tree restaurant. And this is exactly what you see in the pictures. You will see a nice restaurant where you can dine 40 meters above the ground. This seems like a fun way to spend an evening although I may worry on a windy night when the tree sways to the breeze.
There is a nicely done ramp leading up to the restaurant. At night this sets the mood for a romantic dinner. From outside it looks like a giant bird cage. It is made of two halves that are attached to a very large tree. On top, there is a platform which has tables and chairs for guests to sit on. Those with a fear of height may feel a little nervous here but you cant deny that it is a great idea.
